The short version

What we collect

Play Together

Play Together is off until a parent turns it on for a child. Rooms are private and joined with a 4-letter code. Children can send only ready-made phrases and emoji, never typed text. Voice chat works only if parents allow it; it goes directly between devices and is never recorded. A “Tell a grown-up” button sends a report to the developer.

Support gifts

Gifts on the Support page are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach CodeCubs. We keep the amount and, if you choose to give them, a name and message. Zelle and Cash App gifts happen in your own bank or Cash App; we receive no information about them.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents control accounts, Play Together and voice, and can review or delete their children’s data at any time. We do not sell or share personal information.

Delete your account and data

Open CodeCubs at gamestore.bshub.us (or in the app), tap the 🔒 Grown-ups button, answer the grown-up question, sign in, open Delete account and tap Delete my account. This removes the parent account, all child profiles, progress and learning activity from our server at once. To delete one child only, tap Delete (child’s name) under that child. You can also email s2baptiste@gmail.com from your account email and we will delete everything within 30 days. Support-gift records are kept as required for tax records.
